ac 44 Terms and Conditions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the ac 44 website, mobile application, and all related digital channels. "Member" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform who is using its services. "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming products.

"Account" refers to each member's personal account created through registration. "Bonus" refers to incentive rewards offered by ac 44, which can be used subject to meeting specific wagering conditions.

• "Deposit" — the process of adding funds to a member's account
• "Withdraw" — the process of taking funds out of an account
• "Wagering Requirement" — the amount of bets required before a bonus can be withdrawn

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To verify an account, ac 44 may at any time request a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until KYC is completed.

• Recent utility bill or bank statement (within 3 months)
• Proof confirming ownership of the payment method

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their account login details. ac 44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing a password with others or from unauthorised access to an account. 3.1 Password Guidelines

• Use a password of at least 8 characters
• Use uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Change your password regularly
• Avoid using the same password on other sites

3.2 Account Suspension or Cancellation

ac 44 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the following situations: providing false information, operating multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability.

ac 44 accepts reliable payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, processing may be delayed if KYC verification is pending or if an account is under review.

4.3 Fund Security

Funds deposited in a member's account will only be returned to that member's own verified payment method. Withdrawals to any third-party account will not be approved.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted
• If bonus abuse is found, the associated winnings will be voided
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in the relevant offer

5.3 Other Promotions

All betting and gaming activity on ac 44 is conducted in accordance with specific rules. Each game has its own rules and members are required to follow them.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market. These limits are displayed in the game interface. If a bet exceeds the limit due to a technical error, the relevant bet may be considered void.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

A bet may be considered void and the stake refunded in the following cases: if the event is cancelled, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, or if an event does not start at the scheduled time.

6.3 Live Betting

During live betting, odds change rapidly. Please confirm the latest odds before placing a bet. ac 44 will not be liable if a bet is not accepted due to an internet connection issue.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac 44 platform. If these rules are violated, the account will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing the bonus system or applying fraudulent tactics
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Fraudulent behaviour or harassment towards other members
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's technical infrastructure

The ac 44 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

8.1 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings) at the rate set for each tier. Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 (the maximum rate for that tier).

8.2 VIP Tier Advancement

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity and consistent participation. Tier determination is at the discretion of ac 44. VIP members receive additional benefits and personalised service.

The ac 44 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. ac 44 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet connection disruption; however, in such cases, an effort will be made to provide appropriate compensation to members.

11.1 Force Majeure

ac 44 will not be liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances, and any pending transactions during such periods will be processed afterwards.

11.2 Third-Party Services

If any issue arises from the actions of payment processors, game software providers, or other third parties, ac 44 accepts limited liability and will coordinate with the relevant party to find a resolution.
